We need your proxies as soon as possible! Please bring it to our HOA Office or drop it off in our drop box by the front porch of the Community Center.
For after hour convenience we have a night drop in the side door of our on-site office building and there is a locked drop box on the front porch of the community center. As of today, we still need 61 proxies to meet quorum for Thursday’s annual meeting. If you are unable to locate your proxy, please e-mail me at thatter@ccmcnet.com, and she will be happy to provide another one for you to sign.
