New Construction Committee
The New Construction Committee is responsible for the review of the exterior of the building and associated site improvements for all new construction in accordance with the Design Guidelines. The NCC consists of a minimum of three (3) individuals at least one of whom should be a registered design professional. Refer to the Design Guidelines for further review information.
Applications for new construction review must be received in the Association Management Office no later than 3:00 PM on the Wednesday prior to the meeting. Applications and submittal packages can be downloaded here or picked up at the Association Management Office.
The Covenants Committee serves as the hearing board of the Association for all matters relating to the enforcement of the restrictive covenants in Highland Shores.
The Committee meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM if there are items for consideration.
The Modification Committee has exclusive jurisdiction over modifications, additions, or alterations made on or to existing properties in accordance with the Design Guidelines. The modifications committee meets bi-weekly on Friday mornings to review exterior modification requests. Refer to the Design Guidelines for further review information.
