New Construction meetings are held every other Friday.
The New Construction Committee is responsible for reviewing the exterior of the building and associated site improvements for all new construction in accordance with the Design Guidelines. The NCC consists of a minimum of three (3) individuals, at least one of whom should be a registered design professional. Refer to the Design Guidelines for further review information.
Applications for new construction review must be received in the Association Management Office by 3:00 PM on the Wednesday before the meeting.
Applications and submittal packages can be downloaded here or picked up at the Association Management Office.
It is important to receive approval prior to making any improvements to the outside of your home.
Improvements not approved by the New Construction may result in a violation notice from the Association.
