Office Operations Update

Dear Highland Shores Residents, The health and safety of our residents is our top priority. The Denton County Stay-at-Home Order issued March 25, 2020 has been extended through April 30, 2020. All playgrounds, tennis courts and basketball court are closed for use. Closed signs are posted at each. Soccer fields have 6 Feet Social Distancing signs posted. The Management Office will remain closed until the order is lifted. Operations will continue remotely. If you have questions or need our assistance, please visit the website at www.highlandshores.net or send an e-mail.We urge you to take this order seriously and abide by the signs posted. The coronavirus is here in north Texas, and it is everyone’s responsibility to stop the spread. We realize it is difficult to be away from friends and family; however, we must make a short-term sacrifice for the long-term benefit of our community. You can access the Denton County Order currently in place by visiting https://dentoncounty.gov/-/media/PDFs/PressRelease/EO-COVID19-032420-signed-FINAL.pdf. You can view the latest press release by clicking here. If you are experiencing any symptoms or feel you may be at risk, please call your healthcare provider immediately. We encourage all residents to practice the following preventative recommendations from the Center for Disease Control: • Avoid close contact with people who are sick. • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
