The Highland Shores is managed by Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC), a Board of Directors made up of 7 homeowners, and several other homeowner committees.

MODIFICATION COMMITTEE
The Modification Committee has exclusive jurisdiction over modifications, additions, or alterations made on or to existing residences.  The modifications committee meets bi-weekly on Friday mornings to review exterior modification requests.

Applications for modification review must be received in the Association Management Office no later than 3:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the meeting. Applications and submittal packages are available in the Association Management Office

NEW CONSTRUCTION COMMITTEE
The New Construction Committee is responsible for the review of the exterior of the building and associated site improvements for all new construction for conformance to the Design Guidelines. The NCC consists of a minimum of three (3) individuals at least one of whom should be a registered design professional.

Applications for new construction review must be received in the Association Management Office no later than 3:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the meeting. Applications and submittal packages are available in the Association Management Office

COVENANTS COMMITTEE
The Covenants Committee serves as the hearing board of the Association for all matters relating to the enforcement of the restrictive covenants in Highland Shores.

The Committee meets on the Third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. if there are items for consideration.

The affairs of the Association are governed by a Board of Directors. The Board meets monthly. In accordance with Article III B, Section 16, of the By-Laws, "All meetings of the Board shall be open to all Members (of the association), but Members other than Directors may not participate in any discussion or deliberation unless expressly so authorized by a majority of a quorum of the Board". If you would like to be on the agenda to speak about a specific item at a Board meeting, please contact Tammy Hatter, CMCA, AMS, PCAM at the Association Management office at 972-317-5139.

DIRECTIONS TO HIGHLAND SHORES:  (Map)
From the south (Dallas area), take I35E North, exit Garden Ridge, make an immediate left and follow the northbound service road. Go under the over pass and turn right to go on the overpass. Take a right at the 2nd stop sign, Brazos. Follow Brazos through the residential neighborhood and you'll come to a light (Highland Village Road). GO THROUGH THE LIGHT. Brazos turns into Highland Shores Blvd. Courts 1 & 2 will be the first courts on the right. To get to Courts 3 & 4, turn left onto Community Center Drive. To get to Courts 5-6-7-8, turn left on Hillside (stop sign) and right on Creekside. Parking and the courts are on the right.

From the north (Denton area), take I35E South, Exit Garden Ridge. The first street off the exit is Highland Village Road, turn right. Follow HV road to the 1st light Brazos/Highland Shores Bl. and turn right. Same
instructions as above for locating courts.

The Community Center is 1/2 mile from the entrance at Highland Shores x Highland Village Road. On the left hand side at Community Center Dr. is the yellow Community Center building. The physical address is 1 Community Center Dr., Highland Village, TX 75077

The site management office (972-317-5139) number is only answered Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
