Young Readers Literature Book Club is open to 4th - 6th Grade. The club will meet on the 3rd Sunday of every month in the community center at 4:00 p.m. Please call Lynda DuMont at 972-317-5026 for more information.

Highland Shores Garden Club - Everyone is welcome. The only requirement is that you love gardening. Contact Janet at 972-754-9342 for more information or to join the group. The Garden Club does not meet in June, July or August.

PRIMETIMERS are a group of residents who have admitted to being over the age of 50. They get together the 1st Friday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Center. Please check the current issue of the Shoreline for this month's hosts.

Evening Couples Bridge meets the 2nd Friday of each month in the community center at 7:00 p.m. Open to anyone who lives in Highland Shores. Beginners and experts are welcome. To join or substitute, call Lois Farness 972-317-0436.

Highland Shores Moms Club - open to all HS residents with children 5 years old and under. Club members participate in outings for both mom and child with an occasional "Moms Night Out". For more information call Michelle at 972-906-0192 or visit www.hsmomsclub.com.

Highland Shores Community Swimming Pools For a complete list of rules, pool closures and hours, please click here. Children 13 and older may attend without an adult. All guests must be accompanied by a resident. Each party is required to sign in upon arrival at the pools.

* Pool 1 is located behind the Community Center off of Community Center Drive and Highland

Shores Boulevard.

* Pool 2 is located off Highland Shores Boulevard and Hillside.

* Pool 3 is located at Highland Shores Boulevard and Northwood.

Highland Shores Swim Team - The Torpedoes Swim Team runs from Late May until mid-July each year. It is open to HS residents aged 5-18 years old. Contact Marsha Neal, 972.317.3650, for more information.
