Kitchen includes

microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and water cooler

The outside patio includes a view of the fountain, 7 round tables & several patio chairs

Included in the rental rate is: (60) stackable chairs, (10) card tables, and (3) 6' folding tables and (4) 60" round tables       (TABLECLOTHS ARE NOT INCLUDED)

The Community Center is available for rent to Highland Shores residents only.

The carpeted area of the Community Center is recently updated and measures

48' long x 29' wide.

Capacity is 150 standing room,

approximately 60 seated with tables and chairs.
